NOTE: I am still working on building the library. Please be patient with me as I slowly upload every conceivable exercise I can. Thanks!

Phasic Exercises

Phasic training is focused on fast-twitch muscles. Rebound focused training. Exercises that utilize hard starts and hard stops that teach your muscles to turn on and off quickly, and learn how to absorb force.

Tonic Exercises

Tonic training is focused on slow-twitch muscles. Time under tension training meaning, the muscle is constantly under stress with no pauses for rest.

iSlow Exercises

Super slow iso-like training. Time under tension training. Think of them as super long, one rep sets. One of the benefits are that it teaches your muscles proper position so long as you are in the proper position when executing the movement.
